1. The Service

X-Payouts (“we”, “us”) provides AI-powered tweet generation tools to help X (Twitter) creators produce content. We analyze public tweets from creators you specify and generate draft tweets for your review.

2. Your Account

You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Content & Posting

  • AI-generated tweets are drafts for your review. You are solely responsible for any content you choose to post to X.
  • We never post to your X account without your explicit approval.
  • You agree not to use this service to generate spam, harassment, or content that violates X's Terms of Service.
  • AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. Always review before posting.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • The free tier includes onboarding, style analysis, and an initial batch of AI tweet drafts.
  • The Pro plan ($10/month) provides unlimited AI tweet generation, voice-to-tweet, and advanced features.
  • Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. You can cancel anytime from your Settings page.
  • Refund policy: If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days after subscribing, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

5. No Earnings Guarantee

X-Payouts helps you create content but does not guarantee any specific earnings from X's creator revenue program. Payout examples shown on our website are from real public tweets by X creators and represent their results, not a promise of yours. Your results depend on your niche, consistency, and audience.

6. Intellectual Property

You own the tweets you generate and post. We retain no rights to your content. Our service, branding, and code remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

X-Payouts is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of AI-generated content, account suspension on X, or loss of earnings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a notice in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
